Your washer walked away from the wall again. Or it fills, then stops. Or it drains onto a Hartford basement floor that already has enough going on. Leaks, burning smells, drums that won't spin, lids that won't lock, error codes nobody can decode. We handle top-load and front-load machines from every major maker, independently. Tight laundry closets and stacked setups are normal here, and we plan for them. Describe the noise, the cycle it dies on, and any code on the panel. Then call us or fill out the quote form.
Taking calls until 5:00 PM ET

We cover Hartford's 06103, 06105, 06106, 06112 and 06114 blocks, plus West Hartford, Wethersfield and East Hartford just over the line.
It narrows the area, not the part. A drain code can mean the pump, the filter, the hose, or the sensor reading pressure. We use the code as a starting point, then test the circuit to find which piece actually failed.
Different trouble. Front-loaders bring door boot leaks, bearing noise, and filter clogs. Top-loaders bring lid switches, couplers, and agitator wear. We service both, and the diagnosis path differs for each.
Residue. Detergent film and lint build up in the boot, the dispenser, and the drain hose, and bacteria live in it. We clean those paths and check that the machine drains fully, since standing water keeps the smell coming back.
Usually yes. Old Northeast houses hand us narrow stairs and low headroom all the time. We bring a light, drop cloths, and pull the machine only as far as the repair needs before sliding it back.
Call us and we'll give you the next open window, usually within a day or two. Morning and afternoon slots both exist. If your street parking is tight or you're in a walk-up, say so when you book so the tech comes prepared.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions so the tech arrives with likely parts on the truck.
Pick a window that works. Our tech tests the machine, checks power, water and drainage, then explains what failed in plain words. No jargon, no guessing out loud at your kitchen table.
Most jobs finish the same visit. If a part must be ordered, we tell you what and why. If the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that too, and you decide.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
Describe the fault, approve the written quote, get it fixed. Starting takes about a minute.
