How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let a tech in?
Verify us yourself. Look up the business name, ask for the technician's name before the visit, and check licensing rules with your county or city office. Any honest shop expects that question. We'd rather you ask than wonder.
When can someone actually come out?
That depends on your city and the day. Call us and we'll tell you the next open window straight out. We give arrival windows instead of vague promises, and we call before heading over.
