What homeowners say after the visit

“Washer error code meant nothing to me. He knew it on sight and had it cleared in under an hour.”

June C.Toms River, NJ

“Polite on the phone, polite at the door, and the laundry room was cleaner when he left than when he came.”

Earl D.Nashua, NH

“Our cooktop had one dead burner for a year. One visit, all five working. Should have called long ago.”

Tess G.Brooklyn, NY

Questions New Jersey homeowners ask

How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let a tech in my house?

Ask us for our business name and address in writing, then look it up yourself. New Jersey homeowners can check registration through the state's Division of Consumer Affairs and search there for complaints. Ask the tech to identify himself at the door. We'd rather you verify than wonder.

Which New Jersey towns do you cover?

Much of the state, from Bergen and Hudson County down through the central corridor and into the southern counties. The city list on this page is the quickest way to check. If your town isn't on it, call us and we'll tell you straight whether we reach you.

When can someone actually come out?

That depends on the day and where you are. Call us and we'll give you the next open window instead of a vague promise. Weekday appointments fill first. If your fridge is warm and food is at risk, say so when you call so we can flag it.

What should I have ready when I call?

The brand, the model number, and a plain description of what the appliance is doing. Model numbers hide on a sticker inside the fridge, on the door frame, under the washer lid, or along the dishwasher tub edge. Snap a photo of it. Note any error code showing on the display.

Do you repair every brand?

We service all major residential brands as an independent repair company. No manufacturer sends us. So we're not limited to one label, but warranty work through a maker has to go through them. If your unit is still under factory coverage, check that first before you pay anyone.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call us or fill out the form and describe what you hear, smell or see. Brand and rough age help. We ask a few questions first so the tech shows up with the likely parts already on the truck.

  2. Step 2

    We come look

Pick a window that works for you. The tech tests the machine and checks power, water and drainage, then tells you what failed in plain words. No jargon. No guessing out loud at your kitchen table.

  3. Step 3

    Repair or straight answer

Most jobs finish on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you what it is and why. And if the unit isn't worth fixing, we say that, then you decide.

Why homeowners call us

  • Old houses don't scare usRowhouse kitchens, narrow cellar stairs, stacked units jammed into closets. We've pulled machines through doorways built long before these appliances existed. We protect floors and trim, and everything goes back where it stood.
  • Symptom-first diagnosisA dryer that runs cold and a dryer that trips the breaker are two different problems. We test before we replace. That keeps us from swapping out good parts and handing you a bill for nothing.
  • Independent, not a brand agentWe repair all major brands and answer to no manufacturer. So we recommend the fix that makes sense for your machine and your budget, and that includes telling you when replacement is the smarter move.
  • All major brands, gas & electricIndependent service on Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and the rest.
  • Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
